The whole system consists of ear temperature sensor, collector, data gateway, cloud data manager, database, web server, browser and APP.

l  Ear Temperature Sensor -  The battery powered  temperature and motion sensor detects the body temperature in the ear canal,  the  and the activity of the cow. The collected data is transmitted wirelessly to the collector.

l  Collector - powered by solar/mains, collects sensor data from the ear thermometer and sends it to the data gateway.

l  Data Gateway - Responsible for sending sensor data over the Internet to the Cloud Data Manager in the cloud server.

l  Cloud Data Manager - Responsible for real-time communication with the gateway to save the sent data to the database.

l  Web server - provides users with real-time information on the amount of exercise and temperature of each cow, as well as the temperature warning, activity warning and the estrus status of the cow.

l  The battery can work for 3-5 years or more.

l  Wireless communication can cover 400M to 5KM.

l  The accuracy of temperature measurement can reach ±0.1℃, providing accurate data of physiological changes.

l  Health testing combined with body temperature and exercise can not only detect fever, but also detect changes in activity

l  Estrus detection combines both physical (body temperature) and behavioral testing. Success rate is 10% higher than simple behavioral detection
