Expanding Training Conference

On Juli 30th and 31st. More than 40 leaders of Goke are  hosting a great party with games in Huairou and Miyun in Beijing.The Goke Conference will be convened during this Expanding Training for first half of 2016.Let's show you some wonderful moments of this Expanding Training Conference.

There are two groups of this Expanding Training with the name of Bullfighter Team and Buffalo Team. The team name,team pennants, slogan, team song etc are  prepared in a short time. What do you think about the  battle array?

 Team members are hand in hand with each other to build a circular. They give a massage to each other.It's very comfortable! 

Look at these funny movements.

Leg wrist ae bound together. the Bullfighter Team are walking as if on wings!  

Eight people play a ball together. They must keep the ball overhead 8 times continuously. Buffalo team is very vigorous and nimble. 

 Pass the number to the other one silently.They transfered number must be the same all of the time. They tried three times. They succeed only one time.

 Walks like chicken, the movement are really funny.

After this Expanding Training, Mr. Guan Jinsin, who is the vice-president of Goke, shared with us."Communication of the team should be strengthened, learn to replace thinking, strengthen interaction, collaboration support, cooperate with each other, do not complaining. Through two days of activities, it is important for us to take this feeling and cognition to our daily work routine."said Guan Jinsen.

Liu Juhong, who is the Vice-President of Goke, shared his experience with us.We prepared eight projects to this expand. All of the Projects requires the leadership of the command, the team's collaboration. Grid Project left a deep impression on me.  We must under the leadership of th Leader,teamwork spirit, do out best, so that the team can reborn ! We achieved the expected effect through everyone's support and passion. The fusion of our team are presented.I benefited a lot from it!

Expanding Training, team work.

The Goke Conference will be convened during this Expanding Training for first half of 2016. Ms. Li Wei made a strategic planning report and summary. Compared with the same period last year, the first half of this year, the performance growth is achieved. 20% cost reduce is also achieved. The completion of these indicators are because of every Goke people. 

Through this Expanding Training, not only the body are trained, but also team spirit. Deep understanding of "Team Strength" is realized. To identify gaps in cooperation, communication, learning, execution, etc.. Then we can change and improve it.An excellent team doesn't mean that the team leader and the team members have a good  capacity for work. The most important thing is self-discipline, constantly sum up, to find the gap, enhance the team fighting force.
