GOKE Agriculture and Animal Husbandry was invited to participate in the North China of the 2nd International Beef Cattle Summit

On July 18, the North China of the 2nd International Beef Cattle Summit opened in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, where are the main produce area of beef cattle. At this meeting, experts, scholars from famous universities at home and abroad and leading enterprises were invited to make relevant reports. The conference attracted more than 200 elites from all over the country to teach on-site, at the same time, the number of live broadcasts on line has exceeded 7000.

Guan Jinsen, Vice President of GOKE Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group, was invited to share Application of Intelligent Feeding Center in Large Pastures at this meeting. General Guan has been engaged in the field of animal husbandry machinery for 15 years. He has abundant on-site service and R& D experience in TMR. This report mainly introduces the changes and innovations of animal husbandry equipment in the development process of China's pastures. It also focuses on the intelligent feeding center independently developed by the GOKE Corporation. Based on the actual case of the feeding center of Huaao Dadi pasture in Shandong Province, the composition, structure and operation of the feeding center, conversion mode how to achieve intelligent operation and so on are explained more intuitively.

This report also showed a large amount of analytical data, which surprised the elites present. Among them, in the production efficiency of pasture, by analyzing the production steps and processes of different feeding processes, it is found that intelligent feeding center saves 15 minutes (50%) compared with other traditional feeding mode on each feeding cycle, and the feeding efficiency is significantly improved.

Guan Zhongzhong gave examples to illustrate that the error of formulation in most pastures is very large and the waste of feed is obvious in terms of the accuracy of diet processing, especially in the traditional feeding mode, it is difficult for coarse feeding to achieve the effect of accurate feeding, which results in great errors in the process of formulation in pasture. Through the feeding mode of intelligent feeding center, depending on the precise collaboration of intelligent management system with raw material warehouse and temporary storage warehouse, the diet production of cattle farm is more accurate and stable. In a 10,000-head farm, feed error is reduced by 2%, and more than 1 million yuan of feeding waste can be saved in one year. By precise feeding, the daily gain of cattle is higher and the feed conversion rate is better. If the daily gain is increased by 0.02 kg, the gain benefit of a 10,000 head fattening farm will be increased by more than 2 million yuan in the whole year.

In terms of the per ton processing cost of beef cattle feed, the intelligent feeding center only needs 5.7 yuan per ton, which is 60-80% less than the traditional feeding modes. According to the calculation of 10 yuan per ton of feed, a 10,000 head beef cattle farm can save about 700,000 yuan per year. If 20 yuan per ton is saved, the feed cost can be saved nearly 1.5 million yuan.

In terms of the labor force of the pasture, General Guan makes a comparison with the actual cases. In a10,000 head dairy farm, it is need about 18 people are fed by traditional feeding methods, while in the mode of intelligent feeding center, only 7 people are needed at most. In a 10,000-head cattle farm, the traditional feeding method requires 11 people, while the intelligent feeding center only needs 5 people. The reduction of employment is not only reflected in the savings of employment expenditure, but also in the reduction of management costs. In the production process of pasture, the less human contact, the higher the stability and reliability of production, and it can get a very good result naturally.

At the end of the report, General Guan concluded that intelligent and precise feeding can realize and ensure the efficient, stable and safe feeding management of large-scale beef cattle farms. It is the most important link in the whole traceability system of beef cattle industry.
