FAO Visited GOKE for Exchange and Study

FAO- International Training Program of South-South Cooperation Organized by China Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Visited GOKE for Exchange and Study

On July 2, 2019, a group of nearly 20 people from the International Training Program of South-South Cooperation organized by the International Exchange Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural China came to visit GOKE for exchange and study. Friends from Kenya, Pakistan, Morocco, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Japan and other countries and regions cheerly visited the Shunyi R&D Test Base of GOKE. GOKE’s president Li Wei, farm service expert Berwick, the International Commerce Department Manager Guan Min, Sales Service Department manager Zhang Long, and Shunyi Base Director Liu Jianguo accompanied the visit.

Guided and explained by the farm service expert Berwick, the group visited the mechanized and intelligent equipment of Goke Farm, and watched Goke’s achievements demonstration on intelligent farm, intelligent Internet of Things and industrial big data platform.

Subsequently, President Li Wei accompanied the delegation and made a friendly exchange in the antique flavor conference room. President Li Wei started from the Chinese style soft decoration design of the conference room, and extended to the traditional Chinese architectural concept. She also emphasized that Goke integrated the design concept of the “Round Sky and Square Earth” and the Chinese “Harmony” culture into the planning and design of Goke farm. Foreign friends have shown great interest and enthusiasm for Chinese traditional culture.

President Li Wei also highlighted the achievements of Goke as one of the industry’s technology leaders in industrial IoT technology, artificial intelligence technology and big data cloud computing, and made an in-depth exchange with the participants on the poverty alleviation projects that they care about. The implementation carried out in-depth exchanges. Everyone expressed their appreciation for the “machine replaces human” based on AI technology, the “Internet of Everything” through industrial Internet of Things technology, and the realization of “intelligent animal agriculture” through big data cloud computing and expressed their appreciation for the achievements Goke made in the intelligent farm. They all expressed that the implementation experience of Goke on these projects is worth using for reference and learning.

The countries where the training class people from are also developing the animal agriculture. They have certain advantages in terms of land and labor costs. However, most of these intelligent projects are still in the laboratory research and development stage. The two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on technology exporting, capital exporting and cooperation mode.

On March 25, 2019, President Li Wei attended the Digital Forum held by FAO in Rome and gave a special lecture on “Precision Agriculture and Animal Husbandry”. At the same time, Goke also works with several countries and organizations on Belt and Road projects. President Li Wei expressed gratitude to the return visit of this international friends and said that Goke has cooperation projects in Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, India and other countries. We believe that we will go further together in the future!
