The 9ZTL electrical pushing robot is a specialized unmanned feeding equipment for barns. The entire machine adopts a 48V105Ah lithium iron phosphate battery as the power source and utilizes RTK, 3D lidar, and ultrasonic sensor fusion technology to achieve unmanned operation. Equipped with a patented feed-pushing blade, it can quickly push feed from the far end of the cattle pen to the front while achieving material turnover and mixing functions. It offers advantages such as unmanned operation, high power, strong obstacle-crossing capability, high efficiency, stability, and reliability. It consists of the following components: Intelligent Wire-controlled Chassis: This part includes the wheeled pushing robot chassis, VCU, and drive units, serving as the power and mobility section of the entire machine. Pushing Shovel Assembly: This part comprises lifting rails, lifting frames, and the pushing shovel, forming the working component of the product. Electronic Control System: This part consists of electric cylinders, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and other components, enabling functions such as lifting the pushing shovel during travel, lowering it for operation, and steering for pushing tasks. Unmanned Driving System: This part mainly includes an RTK assembly, 3D LiDAR, 8 ultrasonic sensors, a differential mobile robot controller, and software programs, which collectively enable the unmanned driving functionality of the entire machine.
