FEEDING AND PUSHING ROBOT
Content

1.supported by a heavy-duty chassis, equipped with solid large-pattern tires, dual drive systems for both front and rear axles, and dual steering systems for both front and rear axles. It features advantages such as high load capacity, stable movement, and a small turning radius, making it suitable for various pasture road requirements.
Equipped with a 12-cubic-meter large-capacity tank, it offers various models with optional tank sizes ranging from 8 to 25 cubic meters, meeting different customers' feeding volume needs. This reduces the number of trips and energy loss, improving feeding efficiency.
2. Key components are made of genuine materials, ensuring reliable performance.
The key components of the intelligent feeding robot include an imported auger gearbox, imported load cells and weighing displays, imported tungsten-coated wear-resistant blades, and auger-welded high-strength NM500 steel plates. The housing is made of high-strength Q355B series steel plates, which are more wear-resistant and longer-lasting than ordinary steel plates. The navigation system utilizes a top-tier domestic brand, ensuring reliable performance, low failure rates, and stable operation.
3. Multiple navigation methods are integrated to better match pasture layouts, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The machine adopts a multi-mode navigation system integrating GPS, laser, and inertial navigation, enabling optimal route planning based on the actual layout of the pasture and feeding paths. The feeding robot's movement path is designed without damaging factory or barn equipment, ensuring uninterrupted normal operations in the pasture. If the feeding robot's operation shifts from barn A to barn C, the navigation route can be promptly adjusted to align with pasture management requirements.
The feeding robot achieves centimeter-level precision control through automated operation, ensuring stable and reliable performance indoors without interference from signal loss. Depending on the feeding route planning for different pastures, the on-site commissioning cycle for the feeding robot typically ranges from 30 to 45 days.

4. Achieve precise control of the spreading distance and weight through a computerized control system.
Based on the length of the barn requiring feeding, the feeding robot automatically reads the mixed ration weight value from the bin weighing display and real-time analyzes the relationship between the discharge weight and walking speed. The computer system controls the size of the discharge door to achieve precise spreading, ensuring more uniform feeding for the cattle, guaranteeing accurate feeding, and maintaining stable pasture production.
5. Utilizing new energy lithium batteries as the power source, it is clean, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free.
The feeding robot is equipped with a high-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery system, with a battery capacity of up to 300AH, meeting the requirements for a 6-kilometer range of movement and feeding.
Install dedicated charging piles with options for both automatic and manual charging. During standby periods for the feeding robot, the intelligent feeding robot remains in automatic charging mode to replenish energy as needed.
After the feeding operation is completed, manual charging mode can be used, or automatic charging can continue. It takes 6 hours from the device being completely discharged to full charging.
By adopting new energy batteries as the power source, the feeding robot is liberated from the constraints of conventional cables, enabling it to operate over a larger range with greater mobility. This allows the robot to efficiently perform routine tasks and special assignments, facilitating daily feeding operations and exhibition demonstrations in pastures.
6. Multi functional integration of cutting, mixing, spreading, pushing, and inspection, facilitating the management of the ranch
The feeding robot is equipped with a stirrer and blades, which can cut and stir the feed by itself.
Configure a bidirectional belt that can be used for left or right side feeding. Equipped with both front and rear feeding plates, the feeding plate can be lowered while the equipment is feeding, pushing the remaining material to the neck clamp for the cow to feed again. During the feeding interval, feeding can also be done separately.
The feeding robot is equipped with front and rear cameras, and through mobile software, the status inside the house can be observed. Any unexpected situations can be dealt with in a timely manner, reducing farm losses.
7. Parallel automatic mode and manual mode, one click switching, easy operation
The feeding robot has two modes: automatic mode and manual mode, which can be switched with one click on the computer. When the road in the factory area is adjusted or the feeding channel in the cowshed is rectified, resulting in the automatic mode being unable to operate, it can be switched to manual mode to complete the corresponding feeding or pushing work without affecting the normal operation and production of the ranch.
8. Equipped with a spare discharge door, special conditions do not delay feeding work.
In addition to the conventional belt feeding, the feeding robot is also equipped with a spare discharge door in the box. The spare discharge door facilitates our daily inspection of the status of the box agitator, blade status, and timely tightening of blade bolts. When the feeding belt suddenly becomes unusable, it can also be fed to the cowshed through the backup discharge door. The maintenance of the feeding robot body is convenient, and the side panels can be opened as a whole to inspect and maintain the internal pipelines and circuits.
8. Equipped with a front and rear obstacle avoidance system, it can achieve emergency obstacle avoidance parking, protect personnel and animals.
The feeding robot is equipped with laser obstacle avoidance radar before and after, which can quickly detect and respond to fixed and moving objects. It can achieve obstacle avoidance and parking in both automatic and manual operation modes.
