The system establishes a full-process closed-loop management system, covering all business links from breeding to procurement, slaughtering, quarantine, processing, sorting, warehousing, and distribution. Relying on six core functional modules, it achieves data interoperability across all links and full traceability.
Basic information module: Unify the maintenance of basic data such as breeding entities, slaughtering entities, product archives, and site information, support quick information query, addition, editing, and deletion, centrally manage upstream and downstream qualifications, product specifications, and site information, and lay a solid foundation for data management.
Breeding management module: It comprehensively records the data of sheep from their entry to departure, encompassing key information such as breed, weight, immunization, quarantine, and slaughter sales. This enables the tracking of individual sheep throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring that source information is authentic and traceable.
Procurement management module: Standardize the process of live sheep entering the site, fully record traceability numbers, supply sources, transportation information, weight, and other details, ensure accurate verification, retention, and archiving of entry information, and guarantee that the procurement process is compliant and controllable.
Slaughtering management module: As the core component of the system, it achieves standardized control over the entire slaughtering process. It can manage the waiting area for animals, conduct pre-slaughter isolation and inspection, dispose of problematic sheep in a harmless manner, issue slaughtering instructions in categories, perform post-slaughter meat quarantine, control carcass aging parameters, and simultaneously record processing information such as cutting, packaging, and quality inspection. The finished products are uniformly labeled, linked to cold chain logistics and outbound data, ensuring precise traceability for every product.
Report management module: It supports inventory statistics, data aggregation, and traceability report export, facilitating enterprises to grasp the production and operation status in real time and supporting scientific decision-making.
User management module: Balancing system security and collaborative office work, it implements functions such as account login, permission grading, information maintenance, and secure logout, meeting the needs of multi-position collaboration.
The system relies on digital technology to break down data barriers across various links including breeding, slaughtering, supervision, and consumption.
